I accept this as my penance for
What I've done
Of all those I've hurt
None could ever be worse
Than those I've loved

But, there's a pretty little river
That runs right through the center
Of it all
Where the water's always cold
Cause it comes from off that snowy
Waterfall
When it flows over the rocks

This entire canyon's from
This tiny stream

I watch the shadows wander
Across the ground
And the sun across the sky
It says, this is where you'll die
And, not be found

Cause the coyotes and the buzzards gonna
Pick your bones
You know it's such a shame
